Delivery and shipping policy
Kartaak is software delivered online. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical product, so there are no shipping fees, couriers or delivery times.
How and when you get the service
- The free trial is available as soon as you create your account on our website.
- A paid plan is switched on for your account as soon as your payment is confirmed. There is nothing to wait for and nothing to collect.
- Your counter QR code is a printable file in your dashboard. You print it yourself; we do not post printed material.
- Your customers’ cards go straight to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on their own phones when they scan your code at the counter.
Where
The service is offered to businesses in Egypt, and works anywhere with an internet connection.
If something does not arrive
If a paid feature is not switched on after a successful payment, write to saeed@khatwalabs.com or call +20 10 3464 8402. We reply within 5 working days. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, we refund it in full under the refund and cancellation policy.
