Kartaak is made by Khatwa Labs for Digital Solutions, a software company registered in Egypt. We build mobile apps, software platforms and websites, and Kartaak is our own product.
What Kartaak does
Kartaak turns the paper stamp card that a café, restaurant or shop hands its customers into a digital card. The customer scans a QR code at the counter and saves the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on their phone. Each purchase adds a stamp, and when the card is full the shop gives the customer one of its own products free, such as a drink.
The shop designs its card, prints its QR code, and follows its customers from an online dashboard. Kartaak is focused on digitalising the cards a business hands its customers, and today that means loyalty cards.
Who we sell to
Businesses in Egypt whose customers come back: cafés, restaurants, bakeries, salons, gyms and other shops. We sell only to businesses. Their customers use the card for free, and never pay us anything.
What we sell, and what it costs
- Starter: EGP 450 per month, for one branch. Everything for one shop: your own stamp, your name alone, and messages to customers.
- Growth: EGP 850 per month, for up to 3 branches. Everything in Starter, across up to three branches.
- Chain: EGP 1,750 per month, for up to 10 branches. Everything, across up to ten branches.
Every new shop starts with a 14-day free trial, with no payment details needed.
Prices are in Egyptian pounds and exclude any tax that applies. The only payment made online is the monthly subscription, paid by the business owner. Paying by bank card on this website opens soon. Until then we arrange your plan with you directly, and nobody is charged by card. What Kartaak is not
Kartaak is not a bank, an e-wallet or a payment card, and nobody earns money through it. We hold nobody’s money and move no money for anybody. Stamps are not points or a balance: they cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and have no cash value. A customer gets them with purchases at the shop, and can only exchange them for a product or a discount from that same shop.
